Actress Lilia Dizon, Mother of Christopher de Leon, Passes Away at 92 Years Old

CHRISTOPHER DE LEON – The actor wrote a heartfelt message for his mother, veteran actress Lilia Dizon.

Several celebrities in the Philippine showbiz industry are related to each other. In fact, some of them are known not only for the names they made in the field but because of their connection to each other.

Among them are veteran actress Lilia Dizon and her son, actor Christopher de Leon. Lilia is known as Christopher’s mom while Boyet, the nickname of Christopher, is known as the veteran actress’ son.

Lilia is the former wife of Gil de Leon, an actor under the LVN Pictures. They have three (3) children – daughters Pinky and Melissa and son Boyet. However, they two (2) celebrities’ marriage came to separation.

The veteran actress married again. She officially tied the knot with Antonio Abad and they have two (2) daughters, Toni and Corrie.

Yesterday, reports confirming the death of the veteran actress crossed the surface. She died at the age of 92 years old because of complications due to lung cancer.

Recently, on his social media account, Christopher de Leon posted a heartfelt message for his late mother, Lilia Dizon. The “only boy” of the actress expressed his love for his mom.

A lot of people expressed their condolences and sympathies to Boyet and his family over the passing of Lilia Dizon. Also, many sent their prayers for the eternal repose of the soul of the veteran actress.
