Sanya Lopez did not back down from a basher on X (formerly Twitter) who seemed to be trolling her.

The basher accused Sanya of allegedly deleting a comment on Instagram about her new project partner, David Licauco.

David is a loveteam with Barbie Forteza, who is the ex-girlfriend of Sanya’s brother, Jak Roberto.

Sanya, Barbie, and David worked together in the recently concluded series Pulang Araw.

On X last January 31, 2025, Sanya responded to a user who tagged her in a post.

According to the netizen, why did the actress delete a netizen’s comment on one of her posts on Instagram.

Is this Sanya’s pity effect to defend bashers, like netizens’ defense of David’s rumored ex-girlfriend Kisen Hizon?

The netizen’s full post, “why did you delete after replying @sanya_lopez to the comment that you stabbed @davidlicauco in the lung? What is your motive for replying? pity effect on @davidlicauco to be a knight in shining armor to defend you from bashers on Instagram like they did to Kisen @babyspecc wa epek”

The post also included a screenshot where a netizen told her, “David Licauco is yours, you stabbed him in the lung, you’re claiming him, right? It’s yours!”

Sanya reposted this on her account.

According to the Kapuso actress, she only replied to the comments once but the commenter deleted her reply.

She also said she was sad that the Instagram user had no face.

Sanya’s full comment: “Oh my dear. I’m not the one who deleted it. Too bad I only replied once and he deleted it HAHA you’re the 2nd.

“It’s sad that he doesn’t have a face like you when he comments. Next time, hopefully, he’ll have a face.

“To make it believable, right? Oh, don’t delete it, I’ve been trying to make you laugh now. I won’t reply to anyone next time. I like that you think I’m a loser. So you can be happy, bhie” Sanya did not respond to some of the netizens’ comments on her post.
