The actress admits that “The Story Of Us” co-star helped her get over Gerald Anderson
23 Mar – It was difficult at first after her breakup with boyfriend and love team partner, Gerald Anderson. But according to Kim Chiu, Xian Lim has made moving on much easier.
As reported on Philstar News, the actress, who appeared on the ABS-CBN show, “Tonight with Boy Abunda”, stated that the people around her helped her a lot in getting over the breakup back in 2010 – when she and Anderson both decided to end the relationship to focus on their respective careers.
“I guess, self-worth, self-respect, and the people around me, and what they told me,” said Chiu, when asked how she moved on with her life.
She added, “And of course, [there’s] Xian. He came into my life.”
When asked where she sees their relationship ten years from now, Chiu responded, “I guess, maybe we’re still together.”
However, the two stars, who are now working together on the new Kapamilya drama, “The Story Of Us”, refused to put a label on their actual relationship.
In a previous interview, Lim stated that they would prefer not to have any official status about their relationship, although he didn’t deny that the two of them love each other.
