Kat expressed admiration for Christian’s maturity as a partner, revealing that their relationship is grounded in productive discussions rather than arguments. “Hindi kami nag-aaway. Ano siya, productive discussion. Sobra siyang mature na tao, ako hindi ako mature… [He’s] the first person in my life that taught me how to have a mature discussion na productive,” she shared.

Reflecting on their early days, Kat noted that her connection with Christian was built on genuine interest and understanding. “We super got along as friends and I really appreciated that. […] The conversation kept flowing and flowing, and it was something that is hard for me to find; that somebody who is genuinely interested in hearing what you have to say [and] more than what you can give them,” said Kat, “So sobrang na-in love ako agad.”

On balancing their personal and professional lives, Christian revealed his preference to avoid kissing scenes in his projects, a decision Kat respects as part of the demands of his artistry. “I really understand and respect the profession of acting. It’s an art, and I understand that some scenes really do call for it,” Kat explained. “As a wife… I understand it from the entertainment aspect na talagang kailangan.”
