Kris Aquino on James Yap’s girlfriend Michela Cazzola: “I like her. The boys adore her!”

Maglipon today, April 7.Kris Aquino revealed that she remains in constant communication with her ex-husband James Yap’s Italian girlfriend, Michela Cazzola.

They first met each other when Kris and son Bimby came to visit Michela and her two-month-old baby back in October 2016.

Bimby (aka James Yap Jr.) is Kris’s son with James, while Michael James is Michela’s son with the cager.

“We are good friends with Mic. We like her,” said Kris, who cordially refers to Michela as Mic.

The Philippine Entertainment Portal’s (PEP.ph) editor-in-chief Jo-Ann Q. Maglipon had a long chat with Kris over the phone this Friday, April 7.

During the phone conversation, the Queen of All Media has nothing but kind words for Michela who, Kris said, really makes an effort to reach out to her and Bimby.

Kris elaborated, “It’s only Mic who reaches out. Like, every other week, she’ll text and all.

“I reply. Then I give it to Bimb and they say hello to each other.”

The 46-year-old TV host-actress added that Michela even invited her sons Bimby and Josh to come over and visit Baby Michael James one of these days.

According to Kris, Bimby warmed up to the plan of seeing his baby brother and Michela.

Talking about Bimby’s fondness of Michela, Kris related, “Because exact words niya, ‘She has nothing to gain by being nice to me. And yet she’s nice to me.’

“So, that matters. Matatalino na mga bata ngayon!”

Certainly, Kris’s friendship with Michela helped the Queen of All Media establish a manageable connection to ex-husband James of late.

“It has really changed. Because Mic is so nice and so proper. The boys adore her!”
