Robin Padilla reveals Maging Sino Ka Man was his ‘real love story’ with Sharon Cuneta
Robin Padilla: Maging Sino Ka Man is in reality my real love to Sharon.
Robin Padilla posted a video clip of Megastar Sharon Cuneta’s concert on his Facebook account recently.

The actor attended the concert with his eldest daughter Camille, Robin’s daughter with former actress Lea Orosa.

During the said concert held at Solaire Resorts and Casino, in Pasay City, on October 15, Sharon revealed that she almost married Robin.

Sharon also shared with the audience the reason why they didn’t lastThe two worked together in the blockbuster hit Maging Sino Ka Man (1991), where their love affair blossomed.

ROBIN’S REVELATION ABOUT SHARON. In the caption of his Facebook post, Robin said that he idolizes Sharon and that this is the reason why he became an actress.

“Sharon was the main reason why I became an actor, she was my idol and I love chasing her everywhere, so I decided to pursue the biggest dream of my childhood.”

The actor also said that the movie Maging Sino Ka Man reflects his true love for Sharon — the love of a “bad boy” for a rich woman.

“Maging Sino Ka Man is in reality my real love for Sharon; played by Carding to Digna.”

Robin played the role of Carding, while Sharon played Digna.

Robin added, “I did not act in a single scene in this movie.

“All my dialogue in this movie was written and performed by the legendary [director] Eddie Rodriguez, because the veteran actor knew that my character as Carding Sungkit was a very real love story between a bad boy and a rich famous girl.”
