In September 2021, K shared on his social media his ordeal with the house under construction.
K said (published as is): “It’s been a few years since I contracted someone to build my house because I wanted to avoid the high rent of a townhouse and condominium unit.
“Just think, in the few years I’ve been an artist, I’ve only just now had my own house built.”
Based on K’s story, it turns out that the contractor did not fulfill their agreement on the house he was having built. He said: “It’s just sad that even though I gave a lot of money and after all, I have already paid the full amount, more or less 7 million..
“The person I trusted abandoned the said house.
“You can probably understand me that I worked hard for the money that came from blood, sweat and lack of sleep. No, we have to dream.”
This had a profound effect on K, which only his close friends knew about.
He continued: “I begged, cried and asked for help several times, but nothing happened.
“All my friends know how many times I had a breakdown, my anxiety attacks became more frequent due to too much stress..
“I am always happy with my job but it is unknown to others when I am not in front of the camera, I am very heavy and depressed because of my dream house which is also for my child..”
In the end, K decided to take this through legal means.
“That is why I was forced to file a lawsuit this afternoon with the help of my lawyers and my witnesses.”
K also thanked the three lawyers who will assist him in relation to the complaint he filed.
He said, “I still believe in our justice system. I hope justice will be served at the end of the day.”
