However, on Thursday evening, countless people were left surprised and saddened when Barbie Forteza announced her breakup with Jak Roberto on social media. After 7 years of being together, the Kapuso actress bid him a “beautiful goodbye”.

In her post, Barbie stressed that having Jak in her life is the happiest that she has ever been. She also recalled that their relationship is filled with so much love, laughter, and ramen and his love is “exceptional”.

“Ako, Barbie choosing to come from that space of maturity and love ay kahanga-hanga. So we continue to pray for your well-being,” the veteran talk show host said.

Boy Abunda stressed that goodbye is painful most especially in the context of a romantic relationship. According to him, it is painful and Barbie Forteza choosing to come from a place of love is really admirable.
