In his desire to become even more handsome, Ellowe agreed to undergo plastic surgery to get a nose job and a cleft chin. It was a decision he would regret years later and would ruin his dream of becoming an actor.

In a report by GMA News TV’s Investigative Documentaries on Thursday, it was said that Ellowe had been participating in talent searches since he was just 16 years old.

Because of his looks, he was promoted as a “talent” and has been in several movie and television scenes many times.

To increase his pogi points, Ellowe became interested in getting his face retouched. He wanted to have his nose pierced and his chin fixed.

Through a friend, Ellowe met Kashieca, a nurse who supposedly knows how to “inject” those who get retouched.

Although she was scared at first, she was eventually convinced to have collagen injections in her face.

“Of course I was scared… she said it wouldn’t get infected because it would be permanent,” Ellowe said of what Kashieca allegedly told her.

But just two years later, Ellowe’s worst nightmare happened. Her nose and chin swelled, and her face seemed to have widened.

“That swelling wouldn’t go away. It kept getting bigger and bigger, like my face was getting wider. Then, I told her, I showed it to the doctor. I said, ‘Doc, why isn’t it going away?’,” Ellowe continued.

Ellowe’s nose and chin became infected and her once beautiful appearance was almost gone.

The reason Ellowe’s face was damaged was that the collagen injected into her nose and chin was not pure collagen.

According to Dr. Vicente Gil, said this usually happens when the body rejects a chemical that is injected into the body that will completely destroy the skin.

Investigative Documentaries deliberately went to Kasheca’s former residence in Canlubang, Laguna but did not find the nurse who introduced herself.

Last year, Ellowe filed an illegal practice of medicine case with the Laguna prosecutor’s office against Lasheca because of the complications she suffered.

Until now, Ellowe’s case against Kasheca is still pending with the prosecutor.
