Vhong Navarro Thanks Wife Tanya Bautista for Standing by his Side

VHONG NAVARRO – The Showtime host gave an emotional message for his wife, Tanya Bautista, who stood by him amid the trials.

After around four (4) months of not being in the noontime variety show, actor-TV host Vhong Navarro has finally returned to It’s Showtime. He was recently welcomed by his co-hosts and the madlang people.

Vhong was detained for around two (2) months at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Detention Facility due to the charges filed against him by model Deniece Cornejo. A warrant of arrest was released against the actor and he voluntarily surrendered to NBI last September.

In the third week of November, he was transferred to Taguig City Jail following the release of a commitment order. It was in Taguig where the charges against him were filed.

Before Christmas, Taguig Court allowed Vhong Navarro to post bail at P1 million for his temporary liberty. Amid the ongoing legal battle, he was able to go back home and spend time with his family and friends as he posted bail.

Recently, Vhong Navarro returned to Showtime. During his speech, he expressed his gratitude to his wife, Tanya Bautista, for standing by him amid the trials. He called his wife the “superhero” of his life.

“Tanya, grabe ka. Ikaw ang superhero ng buhay ko. Hindi mo ‘ko iniwan sa hirap at ginhawa. Alam ko marami kang pinagdaanang hirap sa akin. Kung ano man ang lahat ng mga nagawa kong kasalanan noon, patawad. At hayaan mong bumawi ako at punuin ko ng pagmamahal ‘yung mga nagawa kong kasalanan sa’yo kasi mahal na mahal kita,” he said.

Based on the video posted by ABS-CBN Entertainment on YouTube, Vhong also thanked his sons, family, Dra. Vicki Belo, and everyone who helped him. He also thanked the people he met when he was detained at the NBI Detention Facility and Taguig BJMP.
