Celebrity couple Cristine Reyes and Marco Gumabao showed they are still together and very much “in love,” via social media after they sparked separation rumors following the actress’ Instagram deactivation.
Reyes took to her Facebook page to greet her boyfriend, who celebrated his 30th birthday on Aug. 14, by posting a picture of them with their foreheads pressed against each other.
“Mahal ko ‘yan (I love him). 30 na ‘yan siya (He’s 30 old now),” the actress simply wrote in her caption.

On the other hand, Gumabao took to Instagram to share a short clip of his girlfriend holding a wine glass as they shared a toast. He wrote, “Cheers to 30!” tagging Reyes’ new private Instagram account.

The couple was recently hounded by breakup rumors after the actress deactivated her public Instagram profile and was reportedly not present during Gumabao’s birthday bash attended by some friends.
Netizens then expressed their worries on the actor’s birthday post, asking where Reyes was.

The two first sparked dating rumors in 2023 after their photos together in Siargo made the rounds online. In April of the same year, the couple officially announced their relationship to the public.
In February 2024, Reyes revealed that her marriage to Ali Khatibi, with whom she shares a daughter, had been officially annulled.
Following her annulment, Gumabao said that he’s open to the idea of settling down with Reyes in the future, while noting that their priority now is strengthening their relationship.
