Inako ng Sparkle GMA Artist Center ang buong responsibilidad sa kontrobersiyang kinasasangkutan ni Julie Anne San Jose na dahilan para makaranas ng mga batikos ang Kapuso singer-actress.

Bukod sa pag-amin sa kanilang pagkukulang, humingi ng paumanhin ang pamunuan ng Sparkle kay Julie Anne at sa lahat ng mga miyembro ng Simbahang Katoliko na nainsulto sa pinag-uusapang viral video.

Ang Sparkle ang talent management arm ng GMA Network Inc. at namamahala sa showbiz career ni Julie Anne.

Naglabas ng opisyal na pahayag ang Sparkle ngayong Miyerkules ng gabi, Oktubre 9, 2024.

Nakasaad dito: “Sparkle would like to officially address the current issue regarding Julie Anne San Jose’s performance at the Nuestra Señora Del Pilar Parish.

“Sparkle GMA Artist Center takes full responsibility for Julie Anne’s attendance at this event.

“It is our job to coordinate and clear details with the organizers and relay the instructions to our artist.

“Julie Anne only fulfilled her duties and commitment as a true professional.

“She is a devout Catholic and had no intention of disrespecting the Church or its members.

“We are truly sorry to those we have offended.

“We hope that this puts the issue to rest.

“We apologize to Julie Anne as well.

“Moving forward, we will be more vigilant in our coordination efforts to ensure such incidents do not happen again.”

THE “DANCING QUEEN” PERFORMANCE

Noong Oktubre 6, nagkaroon ng concert si Julie Anne, kasama si Jessica Villarubin, na pinamagatang Heavenly Harmony Concert.

Ginanap ito sa loob mismo ng Nuestra Señora del Pilar Shrine and Parish sa Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.

Hinusgahan at umani ng mga batikos si Julie Anne dahil sa viral video ng pagkanta niya ng “Dancing Queen” sa harap ng altar ng simbahan at sa kanyang kasuotang may mahabang slit.

Sa paningin ng karamihan, hindi ito akma sa pinagdausan ng fundraising event para sa pagpapagawa ng simbahan.
