The annual Magpasikat of “It’s Showtime” is definitely underway with Team Vice’s incredibly strong start.

On Monday, Vice Ganda, Karyll, and Ryan Bang each took the stage for a super personal performance before SB19, Carlos Yulo, Aura Briguela and more case studies joined them to bring a powerful message of hope.

Ogie Alcasid’s team, comprised of Kim Chiu and MC, and Lassy, will follow suit on Tuesday and on Instagram, the Filipino singer and songwriter posted a snap with their whole group, including members of their offcam team.

“Patience. Perseverance. Prayers. Our only keys to our Performance,” he said before introducing themselves as “Team Tuesday.”

On her Instagram account, Kim said ” I am honored to be part of this team. Maraming salamat guys.”

At a press conference earlier this month, Ogie described their team’s performance as “lantaran.”

“Lahat kami sobrang pinaghahandaan ‘yun. Dugo at pawis talaga,” Kim said.

“Minsan kinekwestyon namin, ‘Bakit ba natin to ginagawa, ano bang kapalit nito?’ Wala, sadyang gusto lang talaga namin magbigay ng spectacular experience for the Madlang People for the entire week ng ‘Magpasikat.'”

This year’s ‘Magpasikat’ celebrates the noontime show’s 15th year landmark anniversary. It also marks the first time “Magpasikat” will air on GMA.

“Very thankful kami,” she said. “Lalo na at first time namin i-ce-celebrate ang ‘Magpasikat’ sa GMA, at 15th anniversary pa kasama ang mga Kapuso,” Kim said.

“We’re very happy, we’re very lucky, and looking forward kami na mapanood ng lahat,” she added.
