Just during the press conference of StarStruck Season 7 recently on GMA-7, Dingdong Dantes faced most of the entertainment press since the birth of his second child, Jose Sixto Dantes IV or Sixto for short.

That’s why the press is excited to ask the StarStruck host about his baby boy, who will turn two months old yesterday, which is right in time for the celebration of Father’s Day .

Marian Rivera said they feel like brand new parents now taking care of Sixto or and there were moments when they also remembered how they were with Baby Zia , who is now three years old, back then.

“How different? Well, those steps are a bit the same, but the thing is , I just didn’t remember the things we went through because we were very much focused on raising Zia back then,” explained Jose Sixto III.

“When the new one came, ‘it’s like this, it’s like this!’ So it’s like brand new to us. So good because it’s like starting from the beginning again. We have been given that experience of nervousness, that excitement, this time of growing up. So it’s a process that I wouldn’t mind going over and over again.” 

If there is any adjustment on his part, it is the fact that he still changes from time to time now that there are four of them in the family. 

“There’s an extra stroller to push,” Dong laughed. It’s like we’re driving on Sunday, I’m used to only three of them, well, there’s a fourth one with another stroller. There are adjustments like that .”

Zia is said to have never been jealous of Sixto. Apart from the fact that they prepared her emotionally for the arrival of the new baby, they made sure that she had full involvement in raising Sixto. And Zia is said to feel that she is his sister.

“There is no jealousy. Because the concept of being a sister is completely hers,” he added.

“He has tasks. So, even though diapers need to be thrown away , he throws them away. So, it needs to be involved.”

Right now, he and his wife are said to have discussed Sixto’s baptism and they have already chosen initial godparents. He and Marian are said to be arranging a date at the moment.

And speaking of Marian, it may be a long time before the GMA Primetime Queen returns to work because she is still enjoying the new experience of being a mommy to a baby boy this time.

“ If I had a choice , I wouldn’t leave the house either. But, ‘I’ll take care of doing the work for us, just relax .’” Dong assured that it seemed Marian was talking.

When someone joked to Dong that he had inherited so many motorcycles and cars, Dong just laughed, who is really known as a car and motorcycling enthusiast.

“But those are material things. That’s just material,” Dong dismissed the topic. “It’s important to teach them to be good people.”

And if there is another point of having a son, it is the certainty that the girls of the Dantes Squad have a bodyguard. 

” His mother already has a bodyguard . He’s the replacement when I’m not there.”

Meanwhile, Sixto is said to be too much of a baby to distinguish who he really looks like. Even they in the family are still confused right now. He left it up to the press and the public to handle it.

“It’s different,” Dong said with a laugh. “It seems like a while ago it was different, huh. Yes, it varies. Sometimes she looks like her grandfather in Madrid [Marian’s father] , then her eyebrows look like my father’s, my mommy’s chin , Marian sometimes, Zia, looks like Zia too.

“You can tell. Hahaha!”

He also said that his A Hard Day at Viva Films, which is also based on a popular Korean film, is about to end .
