Ibinahagi ng misis ni Christopher De Leon na si Sandy Andolong na minsan ay sinubok rin ng pagkakataon ang pagsasama nila bilang mag-asawa.
Sina Sandy Andolong at Christopher De Leon ay nagsasama na rin sa loob ng mahigit 40 years subalit hindi rin pala naging madali ang kanilang pinagdaan bilang buhay mag-asawa.
Sa kamakailang panayam sa Fast Talk With Boy Abunda ni Sandy Andolong, nitong martes inaming ng aktres na nilayasan niya noon ang kanyang asawa na si Christopher De Leon.
“There was a time I left him. We had two boys that time si Rafael and Miguel. I left the house kasi parang ang chaotic. It was too much already. It was beginning to have a really bad effect on my two children at that time. So I left Christopher,” pag-amin ni Sandy.
Dagdag pa ni Sandy Andolong, na nagulat na lamang si Christopher nang umuwi ito sa bahay nang wala na siya.
Ayon sa pagbabahagi ni Sandy Andolong, na noong umalis siya sa bahay ay nanatili siya ng isang linggo sa kumbento para magdasal at humingi ng guidance at direction mula sa Panginoon.
“Nag-LSS (Life in the Spirit Seminar) kami together because he kept telling me, ‘No, I want this to work. I don’t want to lose you. I don’t want to lose the boys. I want to have a complete family,’ kasi he comes from a broken family, I came from a broken family, I have an absentee father at that time. So ayun, nag-Oasis kami. Sina Christopher De Leon at Sandy Andolong ay magkarelasyon na noon pang 1980, ikinasal naman sila noong 2001. Nire-new naman nila ang kanilang mga vow noong 2019 sa Halong Bay sa Vietnam.
Mayroon silang limang anak na sina Rafael, Miguel, Gabriel, Mariel at Mica.
