Former Lady Eagle Aerieal Patnongon is not pointing fingers to anybody over the injury that struck her boyfriend and two-time PBA MVP Junemar Fajardo of San Miguel.
Fajardo’s left knee popped during the Game 6 of the PBA All-Filipino Cup Semis between the Beermen and Rain or Shine, making Fajardo miss the rest of the game and likely even the Finals vs. Alaska.
Fajardo’s knee gave in after he was boxed out by Rain or Shine guard Jireh Ibañez..
“As much as I want to get mad to whoever did that to him. I can’t. Wala e. Sports ‘yan. Sht really happens,” Patnongon tweeted.
An athlete indeed knows you can’t win every game. But the important thing you don’t give up after a loss.
As much as I want to get mad to whoever did that to him. I can’t. Wala e. Sports yan. Sht really happens.
