Anne Curtis beams in open admiration as she talks about Marian Rivera: “Kasi ang galing na niya, she talks about how she cooks for her family, for her daughter, and Dong, so parang nakakatuwa na parang hashtag peg.”

ABS-CBN star Anne Curtis only has good words for Kapuso Prime-time Queen Marian Rivera.

Anne has just been launched as the endorser of Ajinomoto’s Aji-Porksavor and Aji-Chickensavor, while Marian has been endorsing another variant of the brand since last year.

Marian was present at Anne’s launch last Friday, May 25, at the Oasis Manila Events Place, San Juan, Metro Manila.

Coincidentally, Marian’s husband Dingdong Dantes and Anne are the lead stars of the upcoming movie, Sid & Aya: Not A Love Story.

“Nakakatuwa, di ba?” beamed the It’s Showtime host, “I love that kasi si Marian is someone that we can all look up to in terms of her cooking.

“Kasi ang galing na niya, she talks about how she cooks for her family, for her daughter, and Dong, so parang nakakatuwa na parang hashtag peg.”

Anne added that she and Marian also talked about other things, “Nag-uusap naman kami about the work.”

She related, “I have a movie with Dingdong at the moment, so parang nag-uusap kami.

“‘O, yung premiere, a?’ So she’ll be at the premiere night. So ganon, masaya…”

Marian did attend the movie’s premiere last night, May 28.

COOKING FOR ERWAN. While Marian and Dingdong have been happily married for three years, Anne and her husband, vlogger and restaurateur Erwan Heussaff, are blissfully enjoying their honeymoon stage. They tied the knot in November 2017.

Anne shared feeling so lucky to have a husband who is a good cook, and admitted getting “kilig” that he lets her cook for him and be a “housewife.”

“Ngayon humihingi na siya sa akin ng lambing na, ‘Can you cook for me? Can you make me this?’

“Parang now as a wife, mas feel na feel mo. Habang nagluluto ka, yung feel na feel mo rin talaga.”

She related how, sometimes, she would tell Erwan to take a video of her while cooking.

“Pang IG [Instagram], kasi it’s such an exciting stage in my life,” described Anne, grateful to Erwan for helping her learni how to cook.

“Gina-guide niya ako. But he always challenges me first, binibigyan niya ako ng recipe.

“He’ll challenge me muna and then pag nakikita niya, ‘I think you need a hand,’ he’ll step in and help me.

“Pero, most of the time, gusto niya ako muna, titikman niya.

“’Tapos sasabihin niya, ‘Do you think you should add a little spice?’

“Pero hindi niya ginagawa para sa akin.”
