Vice Ganda and his It’s Showtime co-host Jackie Gonzaga shrugged off recent rumors surrounding the latter’s supposed relationship and pregnancy with Ion Perez.
The rumors, which spread online, claimed that Jackie was pregnant and that Ion Perez, Vice Ganda’s husband and fellow host, was the father.
However, the dancer-host was quick to set the record straight and dispel the false story before it gained further traction.
In Jackie’s previous TikTok live session which showed her dining with companions, netizens began to flood the comments section with queries about her relationship with Ion.

“Si Kuya Ion? Ano’ng truth?! Kung anu-ano pinag-iisyu n’yo. Adik ba kayo? Tigilan n’yo bisyo n’yo ah,” she expressed her disbelief that such a baseless rumor had circulated online.
“At saka ‘yung mga trolls din naman, anu-ano pinag… for the views kasi. Siguro kumikita sila doon so, wala doon sila kikita. Ganoon talaga, grind nila iyon. Issue nila iyon. Bahala sila doon,” said Jackie.
“Kadiri mga issue n’yo. Kadiri mga tao naniniwala sa fake news!” she added.
Jackie then thanked those people who did not believe the rumors, saying, “Congrats naman sa lahat ng mga hindi naniniwala sa fake news at nakakapag-isip kayo nang maayos.”
Jackie also playfully addressed the allegations as she reflected on her journey as a part of It’s Showtime during a press conference last Friday, Oct. 11, held in celebration of the noontime show’s 15th anniversary, which will take place on Oct. 24.
She shared how much her life has changed since joining the program as a dancer and eventually becoming a regular host.
When her crop top outfits were mentioned, she humorously responded, “Sayang naman ang pagda-diet ko kung hindi niyo makikita baka ano pang i-issue niyo. Charot!”
Vice Ganda also chimed in from the background, adding, “Abangan niyo daw after nine months,” drawing laughter from the hosts and audience members
