Barbie Hsu’s husband stopped eating after his wife died

Singer and DJ Koo Jun-yup, reportedly in a state of grief, has even stopped eating since star Barbie Hsu passed away permanently.

The Allkpop page reported on February 28 that a source close to Koo Jun-yup shared with Taiwanese (Chinese) media that: “Koo Jun-yup is extremely sad, shedding tears every day. He has not been able to overcome the shock of losing his beloved wife.”

The source revealed that every time he mentions his late wife, Koo Jun-yup cries, his eyes are swollen from crying a lot, but he has not been treated properly.

“He stopped eating, which led to significant weight loss,” the source added.

Acquaintances and friends around Koo Jun-yup are worried about his health. They have tried to comfort but it has not worked. Since Koo Jun-yup is known for his lively and positive personality, this loss left a big impact on him.

Currently, the male singer and DJ has canceled all schedules, withdrawn from DJ performances as well as all official events, drowning in grief. He has no plans to continue his activities, seemingly needing time to heal.

Not only Koo Jun-yup, female MC Tu Hy De is also shocked by the death of her sister. She took a leave of absence for 6 months, not hosting the variety show “The Girls Talk”.

Barbie Hsu’s family is still discussing the arrangement of her final resting place and a memorial space. The family is looking for a place where they can remember her.

The famous Taiwanese (Chinese) funeral service company Longyan has proposed to create a special memorial space for Xu Xiyuan.

The family is considering Longyan’s proposal as well as choosing the right location.
