“It’s ideal to be married so that your kids grow up in a complete family, but it just doesn’t work out for some and that’s the reality of it,” Janella explained. She further clarified that marriage should be about two people choosing to spend their lives together, not merely because of a child.

Janella also shared her perspective on not rushing into marriage solely because of parenthood. “I don’t believe na just because you have a kid, you have to get married automatically, even if you’re not ready. There are many situations where people stay together just for the sake of the kid, and then they end up so unhappy. Constant fighting, and the child grows up in that environment. Don’t settle if you’re not ready,” she said, which resonated well with many viewers.
