Rumors that Comedy Queen AiAi delas Alas, Gerald Sibayan have Separated on the Surface

AIAI DELAS ALAS – Speculations that the Comedy Queen and her husband, Gerald Sibayan, might have separated are currently circulating.

There are several couples who proved that age does not matter in a relationship. Many of these relationships involved a celebrity and some couples’ relationships have reached marriage already. Among these are Comedy Queen AiAi and her husband, Gerald Sibayan.

It is no secret to the public that Gerald Sibayan was a sports coach when he and AiAi delas Alas met. She already had a name in the Philippine showbiz industry thus, their relationship was not able to skip the eyes of the public.

The Comedy Queen had three (3) children already from her previous relationships when she met Gerald. She has two (2) sons, actor Sancho delas Alas and Sean Nicolo Vera, and daughter Sophia delas Alas.

The children of AiAi supported her relationship with Gerald despite the 29-year age gap of the couple. In 2017, they officially tied the knot in a lavish church wedding ceremony at the Christ the King Parish Church in Quezon City.

In 2022, AiAi and her husband got married again in Las Vegas. She was also visibly supportive of the pursuits of her husband who now has a license to fly aircrafts.

However, after the issue between AiAi delas Alas and Star Cinema which earned the Comedy Queen countless criticisms, there are now speculations that the actress and her husband might have gone separate ways.

AiAi was the guest in the latest episode of My Mother, My Story which is hosted by Boy Abunda. Several netizens noticed that she never made mention of her husband during her guesting. She also had a meaningful response when asked about her greatest fear.

According to the actress, she is scared of being alone but she believes that when it comes, she can already handle it. In a recent teaser portion for Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, the King of Talk also mentioned that many people saw sadness in the eyes of the Comedy Queen.

According to Boy, they also had a friend based in the United States who asked if AiAi delas Alas and Gerald Sibayan have separated. The King of Talk stressed that he really did not know the status of the relationship of the couple then.

“Pero sabi ko tatanungin natin dahil hindi lamang po artista ang turing ko kay Aileen, siya po ay pamilya. She is family to me,” Boy Abunda said.

AiAi is set to appear as a guest in Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on Monday. She will be celebrating her 60th birthday. The King of Talk said he will ask AiAi about the status of her relationship with Gerald.
