Antonio Conte is reportedly concerned about one thing.
Former Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay is said to be ‘under observation’ at Napoli just months after joining for one specific reason.
McTominay joined the Italian club from United during the summer transfer window for a reported fee of €30million.
He made his full debut for Napoli last weekend, starting in the 0-0 draw against European giants Juventus in Serie A.
However, despite impressing in the match, Italian media have now reported that the Scot has been placed under observation for one specific thing that he has been doing at Napoli.

While there are no concerns about his ability as a footballer, Italian outlet Il Mattino, via Calcionapoli24, have reported that the midfielder had ‘under observation’ regarding his diet.
Napoli manager Antonio Conte is said to have told staff that nutrition is to be taken very seriously at the club, but McTominay has been singled out as a player to pay special attention to regarding his diet.
The 27-year-old has been singled out because he has come to the club from abroad and they want to ensure that he does not overindulge in the Neapolitan cuisine.
In particular, McTominay has been told to avoid eating too many dairy products as this would lead to him putting on excess weight.
Conte has entrusted the responsibility of monitoring the diet of McTominay and other players at Napoli to Tiberio Ancora, the club’s nutritionist.
Another reason that McTominay is being monitored so closely is because of his performances with the club so far, with Napoli, fans and Italian media all seemingly fond of the player.
Corriere dello Sport said McTominay was a “dominant all-rounder with physique, technique, and personality”.

While Calcio Mercato claimed that he was Napoli’s “next idol”, comparing him to the likes of Diego Maradona and Edinson Cavani.
While he certainly improved throughout his time at United, it is fair to say that he never recieved the same level of praise at Old Trafford.
McTominay made 255 appearances for Manchester United, having joined the senior team in 2017 after spending 15 years in the academy.
“I’ve absolutely loved it and I’m very, very grateful for the football club and I’m ready for a new challenge and I’m ready to go and embrace it and take it by storm,” said McTominay after his transfer was confirmed.
