Following the breakup of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, the seasoned actress expressed her sentiments over the end of the couple’s 11-year relationship. Marian said that the news of course saddened her.

“One thing is for sure, kapag may mga naririnig akong ganyan, nalulungkot talaga ‘ko,” she told PEP.ph. “Pero ‘yung forgiveness, sana maayos at maging matatag sila,” Marian added.

It’s public knowledge that Marian is married to another industry A-lister, Dingdong Dantes. In just a few weeks, the power couple will celebrate their ninth wedding anniversary.

When asked what makes their relationship last, Marian says it’s about always allotting time to communicate. Moreover, the actress strongly believes that their faith and trust in God have given them the guidance to navigate their long-lasting marriage.

“Simple lang, basta every Sunday, kailangan bigyan namin ng time si Lord. Kailangan heart-to-heart kami diyan. Kasi, kahit anong gawin mong pagwo-work out sa relationship niyo, kung wala kayong guidance sa Itaas, wala talagang lahat,” she declared.

At present, Marian and Dingdong are parents to two beautiful kids, Zia and Sixto. And since this year will be their ninth wedding anniversary, can fans look forward to their renewal of vows by their tenth year anniversary? Marian responded with a smile and said, “Tingnan natin.”
