The English winger has named the one player he dreads facing.
Manchester City star Jack Grealish has revealed the one player that he dreads facing as he names his toughest opponent in football.
Having spent more than a decade playing in the Premier League, Grealish has come up against some of the very best to play in England.
The 29-year-old has even faced off against Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, the two players considered by many to be the greatest of all time.
But when asked to name the one player that he believes is the toughest that he has ever faced, the winger gave an answer that may surprise fans.
Speaking to Men in Blazers, Grealish revealed: “Kyle Walker. Obviously now it’s good because I get to play against him every day and test myself against him
“Before I obviously came to Man City I played against him at Villa for years and I used to dread it.
“When I used to see his name on the team sheet I always knew it was going to be a difficult game. But yeah, now it’s nice to try and test myself up against him every day.”
Having played alongside the right-back both at City and while representing England internationally, Grealish has 103 appearances with Walker.
And earlier this month, Grealish elaborated exactly why his teammate is the most formidable footballer he has ever faced.
He told Sky Sports: “Kyle. He’s an unbelievable defender, pace, strong, one-v-one he is so hard to go past.”

Grealish joined City from boyhood club Aston Villa in the summer of 2021 in a transfer deal worth £100 million, making him at the time, the most expensive British player ever.
Four years prior, the Manchester club brought Walker to the Etihad, paying Tottenham Hotspur an initial fee of £45m to secure the defender’s signature.
Since then, the two men have gone on to win almost every trophy available in English football together, including three Premier League titles, the Champions League and the Club World Cup.
However, both Grealish and Walker have struggled to find regular minutes in the 2024/25 season so far, with winger Jeremy Doku and young defender Rico Lewis seemingly preferred by manager Pep Guardiola.
