Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes reveal having trouble with ‘Rewind’ intimate scene
Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes both agreed that intimate scenes were the hardest to pull off when acting as a married couple.
On Wednesday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Dingdong said shooting for “Rewind” was more manageable now that they’re married—except for intimate scenes.
“Ang hirap kasi ‘pag example, hindi naman kami magka-relasyon before, pero kailangan namin siya (intimate scenes) gawin kasi ‘yun ‘yung character na hinihingi samin ng director,” Marian said.
“Pero, ngayon na mag asawa na kami, parang na-o-off kaming gawin na, malalaman n’yo kasi kung paano kami as a mag-asawa,” the Kapuso Primetime Queen added with a laugh.
Marian said they asked their director if they can just dim the lighting for the scene.
“Rewind,” an official Metro Manila Film Festival entry, marks the comeback of the DongYan tandem on the big screen.
Dingdong is also set to star in “Firefly,” another MMFF entry. It’s the GMA Public Affairs and GMA Pictures’ flagship movie, which also stars Miguel Tanfelix, Ysabel Ortega, Alessandra de Rossi, and Max Collins, among others.
“Rewind” and “Firefly” will hit the cinemas on Christmas Day.
