Michelle Pajarillo, a 42-year-old money lender in Mauban, Quezon Province died after she was stabbed to death by a couple who owed her money.

According to the report of State of the Nation of GMA News, the couple made their house as collateral to the loan.

The victim went to their home to ask for payment for the loan.

However, the couple were allegedly annoyed, and stabbed the victim in the chest.

Based on the report of Frontline, it was the couple who told the victim to come over because they will pay their debt.

“While he charged our suspect, there was an argument and he was stabbed to death by our victim,” said PMaj Arjon Oxina, chief of Mauban Municipal Police Station.

The woman suspect fled bringing the knife with her, while the male was left inside the house and suffered from a stroke.

In another viral news story, a 2-year-old girl was hit by a pick-up vehicle by their neighbor in Masinop Street, Tondo, Manila. In a CCTV footage, children were playing on a street where the little girl was seen walking on her own. Not so far from the children was a pick-up, and just in time when it was about to move, it hit the 2-year-old kid who was rolled over by the said vehicle. The driver quickly brought the baby to the hospital but was eventually pronounced dead on arrival.
