Sa 77th birthday celebration ni Joey De Leon sa Eat Bulaga ngayong October 12, nag-ala “Barbi” si Paolo. Matatandaang naging karakter ito ni Joey sa kanyang pelikulang “Barbie: Maid in the Philippines” noong 1989.
Kuhang-kuha ni Paolo ang karakter na ito na ginampanan ni Joey, na maging ito ay namangha sa nagawa ni Paolo.

Ang Eat Bulaga ang itinuturing na longest-running noontime show hindi lamang sa Pilipinas kundi maging sa buong mundo kung saan sina Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto at Joey De Leon ang orihinal na hosts ng naturang programa. Una itong napanood noong taong 1979 sa RPN 9 na sinundan ng pagiging Kapamilya nila sa loob ng anim na taon. At ang pinakahuling naging tahanan nila ay ang GMA 7 sa loob naman ng 28 na taon.
Mahigit isang taon na ang nakalipas nang gumulantang sa publiko ang pamamaalam nina Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto at Joey De Leon sa TAPE Inc. Makalipas ang isang linggo, kinumpirma ng TVJ na ang TV5 ang magiging bago nilang tahanan gayundin ng iba pang dating Eat Bulaga host na piniling sumama pa rin sa kanila.
