Kapuso prime time queen Marian Rivera has broken her silence on rumors linking her husband Dingdong Dantes to his former leading lady.

“Wala nga, e. Dedma lang ako. Sabi ko, alam n’yo, nag-aasaran lang kaming dalawa,” Marian said in a report on Pep.ph.

A blind item about a famous actor impregnating a controversial star triggered speculations that it was Dantes and  21-year-old actress Lindsay de Vera pregnant. 

Marian said that she spoke to Dantes about it.

“Sabi nga niya, ‘Nakita mo ba ‘yung chismis sa akin?’ Sabi ko, ‘Oo, nakakatawa,’” she said.

“Tawang-tawa talaga ako ‘tapos niloko ko siya, sabi ko, ‘Ano ba ‘yan, ang daming buntis-buntis.’ Sabi ko, ‘Beke nemen, baka ako ang susunod diyan.’ Tapos tawa siya nang tawa,” she added.

Marian said that they are happy with their married life.

“Pero siyempre, sa ngayon, kung ano ang meron sa amin ni Dong ay pinagpapasalamat namin at pinagtitibay namin lalo na at may dalawa kaming anak,” she said.

“The mere fact na nagpakasal kaming dalawa, malinaw sa aming dalawa kung ano ang gusto naming mangyari sa buhay,” Marian added.

“Nagpakasal kami, humarap kami sa Panginoon. Sumumpa kami na sa hirap at ginhawa ay magkasama kaming dalawa, tutuparin namin yun hanggang sa nasa kabilang buhay kaming dalawa,” she added.
