Kris explains why she avoids mentioning James Yap in public

LOLIT Solis’s Instagram post caught Kris Aquino’s attention so the latter shared why she chooses not to mention James Yap in public and what her sons Josh and Bimby did during Mother’s Day.

Lolit shared a photo of former couple Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion and said that former couples should stop associating with each other, especially if they are now living their lives separately. Lolit used Kris Aquino’s situation with ex-husband James Yap as an example.

” Why is it still  a big deal  whether or not  James Yap  wishes  Kris Aquino  a Happy  Mother’s Day?  Shouldn’t they  cut all connections  when they’re separated ? Shouldn’t we accept that they don’t want to cross paths anymore? They can be  civil  to each other, they can also be  friends  if they want to, but if they prefer that, then why should we force them ,” Lolit wrote.

Kris gave a lengthy comment and explained the real purpose of Mother’s Day for her and as to why she chose to keep mum.

“Sorry  Nay, it’s not  a big deal  to me  at all.  I just read your  post  now . Mother’s Day for me will always be foremost about my mom,” she said.

“I never refer to Bimb’s father in my posts because I believe  that when I’m quiet, there won’t be any long-term  issues . Our birthdays  passed   & I chose to shut up. Because we do lead very separate lives and  you probably know me well  enough –  wherever Bimb is happiest –  that  ‘s  where I am ,” she added.

She then shared that she had one issue with her son Bimby who had a witty comeback for his mom.

“ Gerbel  & Bincai  have a beautiful  H   &M  jumpsuit as a  Mother’s Day gift  for me.  I told Bimb, how are you  and kuya, no  surprise?  His answer makes  sense  , ‘Mama, what can we give you that you don’t have yet?’” she wrote
