Kim Chiu breaks her silence on Xian Lim’s statement about their breakup, and gives the reason for the breakup that no one knows about.

Kim Chiu finally answered the issue surrounding her breakup with Xian Lim

Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu broke her silence on the statements made by her ex-boyfriend Kapuso actor Xian Lim on their breakup.

 

Kim and Xian confirmed their breakup in December last year but their separation happened months before the confirmation. For quite some time, both of them were silent about the breakup. 

Even though there had been many issues surrounding their separation surfaced, the former couple did not speak about this until the Kapuso actor began talking about the issues in an interview.

Xian Lim answered the steak issue which alleged that he initiated the breakup and he did this while eating the steak that Kim Chiu cooked for him. The actor also debunked the allegation that he called the Kapamilya actress telling her that she can now confirm his new relationship. 

Xian also shared that after his breakup with Kim, his mother received nasty comments from fans. He stressed that his relationship with Kim was not toxic.

After months of being silent about the breakup, Kim finally spoke. In an interview with ABS-CBN, she said that she has been trying to dodge when questions about the breakups would be asked of her but not anymore.

“Entering 2024, sabi ko talaga I just want a fresh start, new beginning and I don’t want to dwell sa past,” she said. Kim promised herself not to talk about the separation anymore after sharing the breakup post in December 2023.

“Parang ‘yung post ko nung December sabi ko, this will be the last time na pag-uusapan ko ito. Pero parang ang dami pa rin. Parang hindi naman siya mapag-uusapan kung no one’s lighting the fire,” the actress said.

 

Just recently, Kim deleted her posts on Instagram that were connected to Xian. She hoped that her ex-boyfriend would refrain from talking about their breakup.

“It ended, the journey was beautiful. Ayaw ko nang maging masama ‘yung loob ko. Kasi paulit-ulit na lang. Let’s give it a rest and let’s leave respect to each other,” Kim Chiu said with teary-eyes.
