She further reiterated, “Wala naman! Napaisip tuloy ako, wala naman! Okey naman ako.”

“E, nabigyan ng pagkakataon, sinuwerte, siguro pinalad. So, nagtuluy-tuloy lang… from there, siyempre in-embrace ko na yun.

“Sabi ko, ‘Ay, mahal ko pala ang mag-artista. So dun na nagsimula at nagtuluy-tuloy.”

“Pero hindi ibig sabihin na hindi natin sila tatanggapin. Kasi as a parent, as a mother, nandito ako para sa kanya. Hindi para i-correct, kung hindi i-accept ko kung sino siya.”

Marian said she, alongside her husband Dingdong Dantes, stands as a steadfast pillar of support for their children, ensuring they feel valued and cherished.

She continued, “The mere fact na in-accept mo yung bata kung sino siya, magkakaroon siya, magkakaroon siya ng kumpiyasa para sa sarili.

“Siguro yung, unti-unti, gradual. Kasi bata pa naman, so iba-iba yung nakikitang tao.
