Marian Rivera recently opened up about the challenges she faces in her married life with Dingdong Dantes.

The Primetime Queen shared insights into their relationship, revealing that despite the public perception of their perfect marriage, they encounter typical marital issues like any other couple.

In a heartfelt moment, Dingdong expressed his love for Marian during their third wedding anniversary, emphasizing that while he may not have material gifts to offer, his love remains constant and unwavering. He shared a touching message on social media, reflecting on their journey together.

However, Marian acknowledged that their busy careers as artists often create challenges in their relationship. She explained, “In a relationship, it’s not always easygoing. There are busy moments, and currently, our roles are reversed. He’s at home or in meetings while I’m swamped with tapings. Sometimes, when I see him, he’s already asleep.”

Marian also mentioned her desire for future projects, expressing a preference for sitcoms. This would allow her to balance work with family life, especially if she were to get pregnant again. Through it all, their love and commitment to each other remain strong, navigating the ups and downs of married life together.

Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes are giving fans the feels with their special GMA Gala reel.

On Instagram, Dingdong shared “some Tiktokering” that they did before the main event, and of course it ended up looking like a short film.

In the video titled “The Glimpse,” Marian disembarks from a plane, looking timeless in the Danielle Frankel silk gown she wore for the Gala. Dingdong drives up in a motorcycle and changed into burgundy tuxedo.

The pair enter an art gallery, and after gazing at the framed pieces, bump into each other by accident.

Dingdong catches Marian in his arms and a montage of their life together — from marriage to kids — flash onscreen when they make eye contact.

Afterwards, Dingdong lets go of Marian and they part ways.

Marian and Dingdong were named Couple of the Night at the GMA Gala 2023 held at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City on Saturday. In last year’s Gala, they were awarded the same recognition.

The couple have been married since 2014. They have a daughter named Zia and a son named Sixto.

They are set to make a comeback together in an upcoming film titled “Rewind” after 13 years.
