Kapamilya superstar Vice Ganda allegedly gathered the staff of It’s Showtime and promised to help them if suspension happens.

Due to the cake incident of hosts Vice Ganda and Ion Perez, it looks like It’s Showtime will be put under a hard penalty.

Last September 4, the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) suspended It’s Showtime. The suspension will be for 12 airing days but the regulatory body is yet to finalize this as the producers have filed a motion for reconsideration.

In the new video of Kapitana Sisa of Energy FM, he revealed something about the steps mainstay host Vice Ganda is taking. He’s accordingly been making cautious steps to make sure that the staff will not be affected once the suspension gets finalized.

Showtime’s violations and warnings included utterances of words that were inappropriate for national television. No update has been released yet about the suspension penalty and the show just continues to air waiting for the final decision.

According to the source of Kapitan Sisa, the comedian-superstar will be giving the staff assistance in case the worst thing happens. He has called them for an emergency and allegedly, vowed to help them.

“Ang nasagap natin ay mukhang yung buong staff na maaapektuhan ng 12 days na hindi sila i-eere mukha yatang si Meme Vice ang magbibigay ng ayuda para dun sa mga tao,” the broadcaster said.

In the same video, it’s been claimed that GMA 7 has already filed a motion for reconsideration. This is within the 15-day window time MTRCB has given to the show.

Meanwhile, many people online criticized the suspension of It’s Showtime. They believed it was unfair and that there was a huge conflict of interest because of Lala Sotto, the current MTRCB chair who also happens to be the daughter of Tito Sotto.
