Kim Chiu was not able to grab a hold of her tears while giving her acceptance speech
She was awarded as the Most Outstanding Asian Star on the recently held Seoul International Drama Awards 2024. On her speech she thanked everyone who’s been supporting her since day 1. The ‘Chinita Princess’ beganto break in tears when she started giving her thanks to her mentor and ABS-CBN’s Dreamscape Entertainment head, Deo Endrinal.
It can be recalled that Endrinal passed away on February 03, 2024.
Kim Chiu is a Filipina-Chinese actress and television host. She broke through in showbiz after becoming a winner in Pinoy Big Brother. She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.”
In a previous report by KAMI, Kim Chiu was looking all beautiful and elegant walking down the purple carpet for the 2024 Seoul International Drama Awards. She was proud to represent the Philippines in such a prestigious and huge event. Later on, she was awarded as the Most Outstanding Asian Star. Along with the video and pics captured by Mark Dookie Ducay, Kimmy also expressed how ecstatic and grateful she is to grace the event. It is worth noting that Kapamilya actress is a recipient of the Outstanding Asian Star Award at the ceremony in South Korea
