Former flight attendant and current content creator Jen Barangan has apologized to the public after she was discussed for not paying attention to “concert etiquette” while watching Olivia Rodrigo’s “GUTS” concert at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.

In one part of her  video , Jen can be seen pointing her cell phone camera at her while singing along with Olivia. Despite this, the flashlight on the back of his cellphone was turned on, which drew negative comments from netizens. Many people said that the bright lights disturbed other spectators who wanted to enjoy the concert.

In recent years, such scenes seem to be becoming a trend among people attending concerts. Many people seem to be more focused on taking videos and photos to show their friends and followers that they entered such occasions. However, this behavior causes inconvenience to other people who are there to enjoy and listen to their favorite artists.

After negative comments and comments from people, Jen immediately issued an apology on her social media accounts. In her simple message, she said, “To everyone, I’m so sorry for my actions. Best, Jen.”
