MANILA β Anne Curtis, who is on hiatus from showbiz as she expects the birth of her first child, reunited with her “It’s Showtime” co-hosts via video call on the occasion of her 35th birthday.
Curtis, who is currently in Melbourne, Australia with her husband Erwan Heussaff, joined her long-time friends and the “madlang people” in the opening minutes of the ABS-CBN program on Monday.
Curtis couldn’t help but turn emotional after Vice Ganda, one of her closest friends, expressed how much he misses his “sisterette” since she went on leave in December.
Sharing her birthday wish, Curtis said she only hopes her baby will be born healthy, and will have a good singing voice β a good-humored jab at her being a self-confessed “non-singer” who has nonetheless sold out numerous concerts.
Curtis also gave an update on her pregnancy, saying she is expected to give birth “soon.” The actress previously said she is due in February or March.
