On her Instagram account, Pauleen shared family photos with both her and husband Vic Sotto’s sides of the family.
“Thia Marceline’s Baptism 💗,” the celebrity mom of two wrote in her posts.
Present at their second daughter’s baptism were Vic’s kids—Danica Sotto Pingris; couple Paulina Sotto and husband Jed Llanes; Oyo Boy Sotto and wife Kristine Hermosa; Pauleen and Vic’s eldest Tali; and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto.
Vic’s brothers, former Senate President Tito Sotto and wife Helen Gamboa Sotto, as well as Maru and Val Sotto were also present
Kristine’s sister, actress Kathleen Hermosa and husband Martin Imperial were also present at the event.
Actress Ciara Sotto, who is one of Thia’s godmothers, posted a short and sweet message for her godchild.
“Dear Mochi/Thia Marceline, I’m so happy and blessed to be one of your godmothers. I promise to always be here for you and Tali, and your mom and dad,” she penned.
She added, “You are a wonderful gift from God. I pray that you will grow up bringing glory to Him and shining bright for Jesus. I love you so much! Love, Ninang Nene 🤍”
Vic and Pauleen got married in 2016 in a church wedding at St. James the Great Parish in Alabang and in 2017 the couple welcomed Tali, their first child.
On January 25, this year, Pauleen posted a carousel of photos of their newborn child, Thia Marceline, whom she gave birth to on January 23.
“Thia Marceline Sotto aka Mochi ❣️January 23, 2024. 8.2 lbs. Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes!” Pauleen captioned in a post.
A day before her second bundle of joy came to their lives, Pauleen shared a heartfelt post as she took what she described as probably her last selfie as a pregnant woman.
“It sure is a sentimental feeling, but I feel extremely blessed to be able to carry another child despite my condition (polycystic ovary syndrome). All glory and praise goes to our one and only Lord for blessing us with this child,” she wrote.
Pauleen went on: “It’s really just you Lord, there’s nothing else. I couldn’t have carried her to term without Your protection and guidance, oh Lord. I would also like to thank all my prayer warriors who have been with us since day 1. Please know that you have a special, special place in my heart. Pauleen and Vic also recently celebrated their 8th year wedding anniversary earlier in February.
“8th Wedding Anniversary gift to my husband is my 1 week old Thia. “Thank you Lord for all the blessings and milestones we’ve been hitting these past few days. Thank you for 8 peaceful years of marriage. I owe everything to You, Father,” she penned, expressing her gratitude to God for reaching this new milestone in her marriage with Vic.
