‘What you see is what you get’ Alden Richards addresses rumored romance with Kathryn Bernardo

Alden Richards has finally addressed the rumored romance surrounding him and his ‘Hello Love, Goodbye’ co-star Kathryn Bernardo following a viral video of them getting cozy during the latter’s recent birthday celebration.
Richards was one of the guests in Bernardo’s 28th birthday celebration in Palawan last March 26. He also attended the actress’ ‘post birthday celebration’ where he was seen surprising her with a bouquet of roses and a gift.
In another video, the duo can be seen warmly embracing each other while snapping selfies.
In an interview, Richards set the record straight about his rumored romance with Bernardo.
“I was invited and siyempre, it was part of her post-birthday celebration with friends and family. Masaya naman ‘yung naging experience and you can see how happy Kath is right now,” he said.
When further probed on the real score between them, Alden said: “What you see is what you get,” adding that there is no need always to share this kind of matter on social media.
“You know, sometimes ‘yung mga personal things that’s happening, better be personal na lang,” he said.
Alden shared that he remained good friends with Kathryn as they both starred in the box office movie “Hello Love Goodbye” back in 2018.
