Vice Ganda and his team featured SB19 for Magpasikat 2024

It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda revealed that P-pop Kings SB19 did not for any payment for their appearance in his Magpasikat 2024 performance with his co-hosts Karylle and Ryan Bang.

The team of Vice, Karylle, and Ryan was the first to perform for the 15th-anniversary celebration of the Kapamilya noontime show. Their theme was about “hope.” The hosts shared what they were hoping for.

Their team also prepared a video showing the hopes that SB19, as well as, the hope of their other guests two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo and showbiz personality Awra Briguela.

The first Magpasikat group also featured ordinary people’s hopes. Their performance made their co-hosts, the audience, and even the judges became emotional.

After the performance, Vice Ganda stressed the importance of having hope in people’s lives with the eagerness to believe that this hope will someday become a reality. The Unkabogable Star expressed gratitude to everyone who made this tear-jerker and heartwarming performance possible.

Vice also thanked SB19 for being there not just as a guest but for helping with the production. The comedian host revealed that the P-pop Kings helped with the conceptualization. They joined the brainstorming and were there to help choose their song that would fit with the performance’s theme.

Vice also revealed that SB19 offered to relyric their song Liham to fit their “hope” concept. SB19 Josh expressed gratitude for this opportunity that was given to them and that they were also touched by the message that the performance wanted to convey. He added that they also found a new hope.

“Ang dami niyo nang na-achieve at sa sobrang husay ninyo, sa edad ninyo, ang dami niyo pang pwedeng i-look forward because you guys are limitless, sobrang galing ninyo, kaya congratulations!” the comedian-host said.

Then, Vice Ganda mentioned, “Hindi po sila nagpabayag, ayaw nilang tumanggap ng bayad.”
