Naudlot ang plano ni Kris na sunduin sa airport si Vice matapos masangkot sa isang minor vehicular accident ang Queen of All Media, kasama ang anak na si Bimby, noong April 14.
Sabi ni Kris sa isang bahagi ng caption ng kanyang Instagram post noong araw na iyon: βWe were also supposed to surprise @praybeytbenjamin & pick him up in the airport tonight (nasa plane sya so he won’t read this π), I super pressured Mabolo to create a FIERCE welcome home bouquet for him from Kuya, Bimb & me. Bilang patunay na walang hidwaan ang dalawa, nagpadala rin ng bulaklak si Vice kay Kris, lalo paβt bahagyang nabahala ang TV host-actress sa pagtaas ng kanyang blood pressure noong araw na siya ay maaksidente.
Sa isa pa niyang Instagram post noong April 15, inihayag ni Kris na pagdating pa lang ni Vice ng Manila ay sinubukan siya nitong tawagan upang kumustahin ang kanyang kalagayan.
Tiyempo namang nagpapahinga na si Kris kaya hindi raw niya nasagot ang tawag ni Vice.
Ngunit paggising ng TV host-actress ay natuwa siya nang makitang nagpadala pa ng bulaklak ang Unkabogable Star.
