Sharon Cuneta is celebrating her first Christmas without daughter KC by her side, and she’s feeling sentimental.
On Instagram, the Megastar shared an old video of her and a young KC, presumably while she was at work. Seated on her mom’s lap, KC was seen to lean back and cozily lean her pretty little head on Sharon’s chest.
Sharon wrote an emotional message for KC, who flew to the United States to spend the holiday with her father Gabby Concepcion.
“Goodnight my baby…I really miss you,” Sharon began.
According to the 57-year-old celebrity “she couldn’t help but cry over dinner” as “it is the first time that they aren’t together at Christmas.”

“Thinking of you…Take good care and enjoy yourself okay? I love you so much. Always, Mama,” she added.
“One seat empty but the place still set. I miss you, KC. Have fun with your Papa. I love you. Merry Christmas baby,” she wrote.
In a recent interview in Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, Sharon revealed that it was her who encouraged KC to celebrate Christmas with Gabby.
Sharon said KC and Gabby “never had a Christmas together so he is making up for the lost time with her and it’s a good thing.”
Previously, Sharon got real with her relationship with Gabby saying that “they have not been in touch” since their highly successful Dear Heart concert.
Sharon and Gabby reunited for a couple of Dear Heart concerts in November. Their daughter KC was one of the guests, surprising Sharon during one of the rehearsals.
Sharon stars with Alden Richards in the movie “Family of Two,” an official entry to the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival.
