During the recent wedding reception of Angeline Quinto and Nonrev Dequina, Vice Ganda reminisced about their first encounter, shedding light on the memorable moment when he learned about their relationship.

The TV personality recounted the initial meeting, where Angeline and Nonrev visited Vice’s home, initially presenting Nonrev as a friend rather than her partner.

However, upon their arrival, Vice questioned whether Nonrev was gay due to his initial assumption based on appearances.

Vice elaborated on the situation during his speech at the reception, revealing, “Pagdating niya sa bahay, may kasama siyang lalaki. Kasi sabi ko, ‘Bakla ba yun?’ Noong una sinabi niya na bading si Nonrev, kasi sabi ko hindi puwedeng magpapunta ng lalaki sa bahay, kasi siyempre, housewife na ako.’”

“So, sinabi niya, bakla si Nonrev. Sabi ko, parang ang daming tattoo. Hindi siya masyadong nagsasalita kasi baka kako ayaw niya magpabuking na lalaki siya,” he added.

However, the truth eventually came out as Angeline disclosed that Nonrev was indeed her boyfriend, leading Vice to support their relationship wholeheartedly. Tapos sinabi na nga ni Angge na lalaki nga rin si Nonrev, boyfriend niya nga raw. “E, ako naman, hindi naman ako sagabal, hindi ako daot. Kumbaga, kung bet mo yan, trip mo yan, o sige, go!”
