Nora Aunor supported with oxygen due to breathing problems

Up to this time, no one from the family of Nora Aunor has yet to disclose her current health condition but according to veteran columnist Cristy Fermin, the Superstar was suffering from breathing problems and was confined in a hospital.

Fermin said Nora is being supplied with oxygen due to difficulty of breathing. This is actually the reason why the veteran actress was not permitted by her doctor to go to Malacanang Palace to personally receive her plaque as a National Artist for Film on June 16.

The showbiz columnist is an avid fan of Nora and this did not change even if she was able to personally get to know the actress after becoming a writer and a talk show host.

“So when I found out that she wasn’t breathing properly, that she was always on oxygen, until she was taken to the hospital and being monitored, it really felt like a blow to my heart,” said Fermin who admittedly shed tears upon knowing Nora’s condition.

Fermin shared that Nora was even excited to receive her plaque but unfortunately she was not able to do so due to her health condition.

“Nora Aunor is sick. She can’t handle it. She prepared for this, her children even said she cut her hair. She has long been preparing for the highest level of honor for any artist.”

“She even had a dress made, but when the awarding came, she couldn’t do it. She said her doctors wouldn’t allow Nora Aunor to leave the hospital.”

According to reports, it was her daughter Lotlot de Leon who took care of Nora while she was in the hospital. It can be remembered that Lotlot and her adoptive mother have some personal issues with one another.
