Noong Pebrero 2021, inanunsyo na si Sharon Cuneta ang bibida sa international film adaptation na “The Mango Bride”. Mula noon ay very vocal na si Marivi Soliven, ang author ng libro na si Kathryn Bernardo ang gusto niyang makasama ng Megastar sa nasabing pelikula.
Magandang proyekto ito para kay Kathryn dahil first time niyang magbibida sa isang international film at maipapakita niya ang kanyang galing sa pag-arte. Kaya nang kumpirmahin ni Marivi sa kanyang IG account na hindi na matutuloy si Kathryn sa “The Mango Bride” ay marami ang nalungkot.
Sabi ni Author sa isang KathNiel Fan, “Unfortunately, she declined. Scheduling conflict”.
Dahil wala si Kathryn, naghanap sila ng ibang artista. Sa recent IG post ni Marivi, nakatag si Bianca Umali. Tila kinumpirma na ng author na ito na may nakakuha na ng role na dapat para kay Kathryn.
Kahit wala na si Kathryn sa “The Mango Bride”, marami pa rin ang natutuwa sa pelikulang ito dahil nandyan si Megastar. Marami rin ang gustong makita ang galing ni Bianca sa pag-arte.
