Karylle accidentally revealed on It’s Showtime that she was once being cheated by ex-boyfriend. People assumed it was Dingdong Dantes. Marian Rivera was asked for her reaction.

A woman from the live audience of It’s Showtime was asking an advice from Vice Ganda regarding her boyfriend of three months who has a girlfriend for six years already. Surprised as he is, Vice Ganda asked the woman if she wants an opinion from ladies who experienced being “two-timed” (cheated).

Vice Ganda called on Anne Curtis and Karylle to answer the question.

Karylle asked the woman, “Well, noong una kasi di mo naman alam kaya hiindi ka namin mabi-blame. Pero ngayon, ready ka na ba magbabye?”

Vice Ganda returned the question to Karylle and asked if it happened to her once. Due to the comedian’s persistence, Karylle was forced to answer, “Nangyari”. but did not elaborate when or who her boyfriend was when it happened.

Karylle revealed that she went first to Baguio upon knowing that she’s being cheated before she broke up with him “Umakyat muna ako ng Baguio. Go North!”

Although there was no name dropped, several people were assuming that it was Dingdong Dantes, now married to Marian Rivera – the suspected 3rd party, whom she was referring to.

Marian Rivera reacts

During the press conference for her endorsement, Marian Rivera was asked for her reaction regarding the video.

“Wala naman kasing sinasabing Dingdong, eh. ‘Pag may sinabing Dingdong, doon ako magrereak. Eh, wala naman, ‘di ba?”

Rivera added that it was not only her husband Dingdong that Karylle had failed relationships with. “Hangga’t walang sinasabing Dingdong, hayaan na lang natin,” she said.

Marian also said that it was Vice Ganda who pushed for the issue to which Karylle felt she was forced to answer. “Actually, si Vice naman talaga ang nag-push nu’ng issue kay Karylle, na nireakan lang din nito.”

In the end, Marian wished Karylle and husband Yael to have a happy married life as she is having a good one.  “So, ako, maging masaya sana sila sa buhay-may-asawa, dahil ako, sobrang saya ko.”
