For the first time, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla opened up about the kissing scenes they are set to do in their upcoming movie, The Hows of Us.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News during their pictorial for the film, the KathNiel love team said that they will “shock” audiences with their kissing scene for the movie.
Daniel explained, “Hindi nila malalaman yung kissing scene dito, hindi niyo malalaman kung kailan sila darating.
“May gulat factor, at saka kasi hindi kasi siya yung moment na, ‘Ito na, halikan na.’
“Totoong-totoo lang. Natural yung mga binigay namin.”
Kathryn added, “Ma-sha-shock na lang kayo.”
It was first revealed that KathNiel will have a kissing scene after scriptwriter Carmi Raymundo posted on her Instagram account a page from the script of The Hows Of Us.
As written in the script, George stands up from her seat, and “with certainty and resolve,” she goes up to the stage to kiss Primo.
Raymundo described the kiss as “with the same intensity as his [Primo’s] passion for his dreams.”
Earlier today, July 12, Kathryn and Daniel flew to Amsterdam to shoot scenes for the Star Cinema movie.
A playdate has yet to be announced for The Hows of Us.
