Kapuso actor Dennis Trillo talks about his second chance with actress Jennylyn Mercado who is now his wife.

Years after their split, Dennis Trillo admitted that he was the one to reach out to Jennylyn Mercado which paved the way for their second chance in love.

And it seems like a second chance really worked for them because last 2021, Jennylyn and Dennis got married and they now have a daughter together. They both have a son from their respective relationships.

Speaking about their second chance, Dennis shared the story from his point of view when he was asked by King of Talk Boy Abunda.

In the interview, he shared that the second chance given to them showed them just what they needed and made them realize a lot of things. The first time they became a couple, their relationship lasted for only a year.
After many years, they reconnected, and that was where it all started. At the same time, they were both single which made everything fall at the right timing. The second chance, for him, was more beautiful.
“Parang mas maganda dahil pareho na kaming matured, pareho na kaming established, and handa. Siguro, sa tingin din namin wala nang iba pang makakapagpa-experience sa’min yung pagmamahalan na yun,” he said.

During the second time around, they were more sure and certain where the relationship was heading and that is marriage.
