Social media is still buzzing about whether multi-awarded broadcast journalist Jessica Soho will allow Vice Ganda to be a guest on his “Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho” (KMJS) show.
In his recent vlog, Vice Ganda admitted that he requested ABS-CBN executive Cory Vidanes to be a guest on a show on GMA.
Netizens immediately identified KMJS as Vice’s target.
It can be recalled that there was a big issue when Vice joked during his concert in 2013 where he targeted Jessica:
“It’s hard if Jessica Soho gets bold. Gang rape is always necessary. The rapist will say, pass the lechon. Jessica will say, Eh nasaan yung apple?”
On Cristy FerMinute, Vice’s desire to be Jessica’s guest was discussed but based on viewer comments, many were not in favor and continued to remember Vice’s body-shaming.
Nay Cristy Fermin also said that based on their source, Jessica doesn’t feel like having Vice Ganda as a guest on KMJS.
“’I’m sure ‘Nay, Ms. Jessica Soho will decline. Ma’am Jessica’s make-up artist is my cousin, she doesn’t want it.’ Randy Balaguer (CFMer-s) said. You heard it here, Jessica Soho doesn’t want Vice Ganda to be a guest on her program.”
As of now, Jessica has not made an official statement on whether she will grant Vice’s request and completely forget about the comedian’s bad behavior.
